Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original garment bags with tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
